Thanks to Allbagslovers, can accommodating my last min meet-up even thou shes busy, trusted lady for first time purchased, she even allow 50% deposits. But the bag have lot of scratches at the bottom of it.

Hi Liya,
We're sorry that the bag you purchased from us has scratches at the bottom. As the bag was purchased during a sale & the bags are usually displayed out, minor scuffing may cause some scratches.
Usually my supplier will check the handles, the sides & the base too. I guess she may have overlooked. However, we would like to assure you that the bags are all brand new & unused.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment & we will make sure that this will not happen again in the future. Thank you for your support. :)
