Gift receipts, dustbag & carriers will be provided whenever possible. Kate Spade do not issue gift receipts for their online purchases. Kindly confirm with us prior to purchase.


Refund/Exchange Policy
Return/Exchange is only applicable to items that are defect. All products must be unused & undamaged & returned back in their original condition with tag attached.

You're required to inform us of any defects on the day of receiving your bags.

All returns & exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your returned product.

We reserved the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply to our policy.

In the event that the item/s you have purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be done.
